It'll probably work like this.

Marriage

Babies

Divorce

Asari 2nd Wife/Husband

If I cared about them, and they cared about me. We got along and it is clear we love each other and that as time passes those feelings do not die out. Having a close personal bond with someone and trust them. If that person happens to be an alien, so be it then.

Pretty much this.  If it really is love, then species doesn't really matter.  Not having kids doesn't bother me because I think babies are evil snot-blasting, screaming, pooping, satan larvae.  Small children aren't much better.  But we could always adopt if we really felt like it.

Depends on a lot of things. With an Asari you would not have to worry about them growing old, but I have to wonder if the mind meld is as good as actual intercourse!

It's kind of egoistic to say so, but I don't know if I would accept to occupy 1/10th of my lifetime partner's lifespan. It's not the same for both sides, I suppose. So no Asari for me, that's sure.

I guess the other species are not viable. Maybe, maybe Drell women?

I do believe that with some patience a quarian can sync up with you.

Since whether or not one can have children of their own is not the sole arbiter of what makes for a loving, successful relationship for *most* people, I would say yes.

If i did it would have to be with an asari or a quarian.

BTW what is a quarians life span?

I'd go with Zaeed. I'm not a big xenomorphic romance fan, but I can see why some Turians are attractive. Some Krogans too. But never a Quarian. Can't stand living with em in their suits.

Love is the only factor that matters in who you choose to spend your life with. Anything else is a distant second.

Surely would not be an alien for me. To many problems with Quarians. Turians are some ugly looking things. Big negative on a Krogan and Asari are pretty lame to me. But I doubt id even want to be stuck down with a human for the rest of my days either . That gets boring after a few years.

Definitely. Kids aren't important to me, and I don't think love or companionship is something that has to be inextricably tied to reproductive biology. Or even necessarily should be.

I'm not sure I would want to be stuck with one person for the rest of my life, doesn't matter if they are human or alien or whatever

Yes way not? If she is a nice person and both have the right feelings I don't see any problems with it.The possibility to not have kids don't bother me as I'm not rely interested in having any kids.

Zaeed isnt an Alien, he's English. There's a difference.

As for living the rest of my days, together in the arms of an alien species, the both of us very much in love....
I dont even need to say yes or no, my statement speaks for itself.
Be it a Drell, hanar, quarian, asari, turian, salarian...
There's always options avalible to have a healthy relationship with a quarian, you could always ry nerve stimulations as Tali discribes, saving skin to skin contact for very special nights that've been well prepared.
*sits in a tub of purel*
This actually burns more then I thought...

No. It really isn't.

The key distinction being that both parties are sapient.

Your dog isn't. How does the difference escape you?

Man speaks the truth.
It's not beastiality if the other person is on the same level of intelligence and sentience as you.
