Was looking all over Citadel for this person who needs a forged id but still haven't got a clue who is it? Anyone can enlighten me on this? Thanks.

erh, she was sitting somewhere with another asari... no idea really, but you can also solve it without the papers by talking to c-sec, iirc, so you might have actually solved the quest already.

When you arrive on the wards, and walk through the C-sec terminal, you can bear to the left to head down to the lower floors...but before you go down, at the top of the stairs, to the right, there is a pair of asari sitting down and angry about being called out as geth spys. Renegade solves it by giving the fake ID's to them. Paragon solves it by going back to the first lady you see when entering the wards (female human csec officer - arguing with a turian) after the convo with the asari and talking to her about the problem...
