I've been skeptical about whether or not this is even possible.  Kaiden is a default Paragon and I know it's possible to make him renegade.
Ashley, the default Renegade on the other hand is a little less straightforward.  Logic would dictate that you just use paragon dialogue options on her but I know this isn't the case.

So what do I have to do to make her paragon exactly?

In the convo where she tells you who her grandfather is if you chose the upper right she'll eventually say something about the Alliance shaping up and acting like a real government (i think). Choose the top right again (something along the lines of "The Alliance is ok") at which point she'll disagree with you and you should have a charm or intimidate option on the left, pick the charm option and she goes Paragon, don't know about the intimidate option.

Edit: Got the left/right mixed up I really need to stop going on forums before I've had my coffee.  So it's top right until she talks about the Alliance, charm/intimidate on the left.
