Sometimes when i'm moving Shepard he starts to climb over desks and furniture. He normally falls off but one time he got stuck

It's known characters can get stuck, the gravity in ME2 doesn't work well concerning Shepard's body.
However, do you climb the furniture in combat mode or just walking by and climbing everything?
