HK-47. Legion is awesome and he does do the robot, but everything out of HK-47's voice modulator is hilarious, and let's not forget the enhancement mini assignment, I want to kill (you install) I want to bring peace and love (you uninstall) DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN

Legion is a deeper character, but HK-47 is just funny. It's like a sociopathic EDI in an android body. Eloquent but deadly.
