Considering Legion is of this game, I'd go with ........................Legion.

An assault rifle in this game would be pointless, unless somebody picked it up, and fired it!

I'm going to go with legion; the irony of talking to the customs officer about Geth infiltration with him in my squad, is worth many, many meatbag jokes.

Also, his persona is more what I expect from an AI teamate. HK is just a psycho in a steel skin.

I love Legion.. But HK-47 is my droid... HK-47's personality is like catching Jack on her rag her, then throwing her personality in Legion right after you shaved her head w/ sheep sheers then smacked her up side the head.

Legion. When Shepard asks them why they used a piece of Shepard's old armor to patch themselves, the ensuing awkwardness humanizes Legion. All HK does is provide comic relief, and Mordin does a better job of that.

HK-47 is hard to beat.. but I think I like Legion more.

Legion is a deeper character with alot of mystery.

HK-47 had SOME mystery, but was mostly comic relief. His way of talking was hilarious though

In all honesty, I don't think you can compare the two. Both are great in their own way. HK-47 is psychotic, but somehow charming, and funny as hell. Legion is mysterious, interesting, and funny in a much different way. HK says funny things because he a complete nutcase. Legion is funny because of his blunt misinterpretations of organics and how they react to the world (Case and point: Take Legion to Afterlife and listen to his comment at the bar XD)

HK-47 is a droid that was created for BioWare's Knights of the Old Republic, often referred to as KOTOR.  It's an amazing game and if you enjoy any of BioWare's games, I recommend picking it up.  It's a little older so it's readily available for cheap.  It is, and probably always will be, my favorite game ever.
