A friend of mine was cheated by his girlfriend about 2 years ago and was quite furious about it. They broke up and hardly ever spoke again. Much to my surprise a few months ago I learned they actually made up and now they're married. From what I've heard she lost it at a party and didn't even remember anything until her friends told her what happened that night ... well though it was stupid of her to do that I was actually relieved he got over it. She didn't appear to be the selfish type after all and him being all miserable about the whole thing messed with our friendship quite a bit. I have high hopes that she might actually have learned her lesson from that experience.

@ Moon and Seagloom.

I'm only talking about cases that were kind of like "Whoa! Did that just happen?" (Sorry, it appears that I didn't make that very clear)...Like my theory about Ashley possibly being drunk and kissing Eric. I would only label repeat offenders ("Erm, yeah...I got drunk...again?") as true 'cheaters'. Remorse doesn't factor into the equation, really. If you f-ed up once, and you truly felt bad, you would not do it again.

I'm definitely not talking about the guy who goes out, has sex with a few girls, and then tells his wife "Uh, I love you?". That guy is a straight up cheater.

...Is any of this making sense?
