I have a feeling that Conrad is going to make an apperance as a squadmate in ME3. In ME1 he was just a huge fan, in ME2 he had armor(replica/fake) and was traveling trying to be like sheppard. I think in ME3 he will actually know how to fight and be recruitable or have an awsome death sceen.
