Hi everyone. I'm new to ME and the forums so please forgive a stupid question. How do you get out of the station? I've explored all sections (living, research, engineering). I've repositioned the mirrors and opened the doors. I've survived the plasma gas. I figure I have to find a way into the mainframe and shut down the VI but for the life of me I can't figure out a way to get the doors open. I've scanned every inch of the place. Help please!

There's a panel in front of the VI room that you have to click on that will unlock it and allow you to enter the VI room to shut down the VI, but you should do that last cause it ends the mission.

Thank you Shadowrun1177 for responding. Turns out I had not restored power in engineering. Missed the ramp up. Once I did that, turning off the VI was easy, Just as you said.
