I just tried again, with no changes or reinstall, and it worked. Must just have been a problem with the servers or something along those lines.

Ok so now I get the dreaded error that the maximum number of activation limits has been reached. This was with the 3FLL key. Previous posts suggest sitting tight and waiting- let's hope!

I just contacted EA support with the issue and the rep increased the license file for the 3FLL code, but I don't know by how much. It worked for me, so try it again and it may work this time.

Is it just me or is there no more EA live support for Mass Effect 1?

I selected "Mass Effect" for both "What product is your question about?" and "What game are you playing?" and there was no live chat option.

We wouldn't know for certain in here, although there have been contradictory comments in prior threads. Don't forget, this is a PEER forum, with almost nothing from Bioware in the place, and certainly zero from EA.

The other game players who you may hear from in here have no access to key numbers. It does no good to complain about bad numbers to *US*, and for all practical purposes, we're all that's ever here.

After many hours of trying (including sending an email to EA support) I stumbled across this thread and figured what the heck... I tried using this code :

Well, at least it intalled and the game loads with no problem. Hope it's ok that I used it and thanks a lot, now I can finally play the DLC I was supposed to simply be given when I bought the game.

They also told me that they had increased the maximum number of licenses of BDTS, but even then, it didn't work. I'm using the STEAM version, and starting to think that i won't be able to play it.

It worked for me an hour before you tried so maybe I took the last one? I suppose you have nothing to do but conatct EA for it.

I contacted EA support and they told me they don't have CD keys for BDtS, the guy kept telling me I should contact retailer, he obviously didn't know anything about it...At least this works

I got a new pc so i tried got BDtS to download and says successful, but when I go ingame it doesnt pop up in assignments or missions? Can't figure out the problem...

That's what I feared... I just started a new campaign and I'm at the very begining of the game so I don't know if it'll work, when in the game is it supposed to pop up?
