I am really working hard to get this DLC. I cant figure out how to log on to the EA site to get the new code I always get sent here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us# which the place to click to log in is not linked to anything. So I cant get the help I require.

I'm not sure what your problem is with the EA site. Did you ever register there in the first place? Anyway, you don't even have to contact support to get BDtS anymore, which you will find out if you follow the link I provided. Good luck.

didnt work for me, i got a message that the 3fll code was used on to many machines and didnt work anymore. tried the 7yvd and bk2s file and didnt work at all. think im trying to write ea a mail..

I have a fully legal copy of Mass Effect 1, and back when it was still available, I did obtain an actual CD key, but with the old Bioware site now completely gone, this was what I figured out to do in order to install it on my new computer. Whether or not my previously having had an actual CD-key of my own is a factor or not, I cannot say.

Hey guys, did anyone else have a problem with this DLC distorting resolution and graphics? I'm troubleshooting if it's this DLC or Pinnacle Station (or, more likely, my AMD update). All I know is I installed the two DLCs and then my res wasn't even available on the graphics settings list. I'm rankled!

I downloaded/installed the DLC no problem, but when I launch ME the DLC doesn't appear. It installed to a 'DLC' folder in my main game directory - is this where it belongs? I tried moving it around a little but it still failed.

Here's a good question, why is this necissary on an old dlc for an old game. Not to mention a free dlc? Why can't just EA get off their lazy ass and just remove the cd key requirement from the installer?

I believe it's time the installer is released without any code requirement since every pc user got the dlc for free...
