how got mass effect 1 ally achievments assault rifle sniper and fist aid i have been playing with the sentinel class can't got the achievments can someone help me

Sentinel is a bad choice for assault rifle and sniper seeing as they specialize in neither-try as a soldier for those too. Kaidan and Ash are easiest for the ally one, as to get that one said squad mate needs to do 9 missions and 35 assignments with you, and eden prime+citadel counts. First aid is easy, if slightly time consuming-you need to use medi-gel 150times.
