That BBQ looks pretty cool.
But be aware that fat from the meat drops into the fire, it burns and builds up on your food. Burned fat is highly carcinogenic. I always use a piece of aluminum to prevent fat burning in the fire contaminating my food.

I just love how Latin Americans turn our words into amazing stuff. Churrasco in Spain is a part of beef. Then, get a Brazilian or Argentinian and the word gets a massive upgrade of win.
Yep, that's me

Yeah, we know of the dangers, but it's been like this for the past 400 years, and even with that no problems ever occurred, i think we developed cancer immunity, lol

Mmmm are you going to use those FAT blueberries? Man thinking about those they can make one hell of a sauce for Craipe's or pancakes.

Ive always loved cooking and after my divorce I decided to step my game up a litlte bit so that my kids would always have many choices to choose from. I basicaly at the end of the week let each one make a menu for the day they want to and I cook that for them then the rest of the week I cook new dishes for them to try.
As mama always said " Variety is the spice of life". This in my opinion is true with food as well.

I'm frying flounder and eating a cup (as in the small measuring kind) of ice cream for dessert.
I had flounder last night, and I'm having ice cream tonight! Yummy...

I dont really care for the tortillas cause of the overly flourey taste to them even when they are heated up.

I like Haggis, but I will admit it is an aquired taste.

Hubby wants to go out tonight and have baby back ribs for dinner (too cold to grill in WI right now). I'll most likely be having fajitas (chicken) with assorted fresh veggies and guacamole. Maybe a margarita, too.
Tomorrow I'm going to make turkey potpie with some leftover turkey, mixed veggies, shredded potatoes, and homemade broth gravy.

Never tried actually, but it seems like one of those foods that, while a little weird to look at, you can't start the day without it
