I just love how Latin Americans turn our words into amazing stuff. Churrasco in Spain is a part of beef. Then, get a Brazilian or Argentinian and the word gets a massive upgrade of win. :)

That BBQ looks pretty cool.

But be aware that fat from the meat drops into the fire, it burns and builds up on your food. Burned fat is highly carcinogenic. I always use a piece of aluminum to prevent fat burning in the fire contaminating my food.

Yeah, we know of the dangers, but it's been like this for the past 400 years, and even with that no problems ever occurred, i think we developed cancer immunity, lol

yummy  that sounds sooooo mouthwateringly  good. The blurberries are just normal size :) they were on sale at the market. I dunno if I got the skillz to make craipe's, but I can make a pretty tasty blueberry pancake tho banana pancakes are my fave :D

If you can make pancakes you can make craipe's the secret to a nice fluffy craipe is not to rush it while it cooks.

Ive always loved cooking and after my divorce I decided to step my game up a litlte bit so that my kids would always have many choices to choose from. I basicaly at the end of the week let each one make a menu for the day they want to and I cook that for them then the rest of the week I cook new dishes for them to try.

As mama always said " Variety is the spice of life". This in my opinion is true with food as well.

The great thing about crêpes is that they fit well with anything; from chocolate to ham. One of my top convenience foods since it´s very easy to make and you can feed a whole regiment with just some bucks.

Today I ate chicken with bread and cheese mix, filled into the chicken and put into an oven. Very delicious. Tomorrow, I have no idea. I think shepherd pie?

If you feel lazy, mexican tortillas work almost the same way. ^_^

LMAO about the spam.

I dont really care for the tortillas cause of the overly flourey taste to them even when they are heated up.

Bratwurst are not good unless there's a bit of char on them somewhere.

Hubby wants to go out tonight and have baby back ribs for dinner (too cold to grill in WI right now).   I'll most likely be having fajitas (chicken) with assorted fresh veggies and guacamole. Maybe a margarita, too.

Tomorrow I'm going to make turkey potpie with some leftover turkey, mixed veggies, shredded potatoes, and homemade broth gravy.

Never tried actually, but it seems like one of those foods that, while a little weird to look at, you can't start the day without it  :)

Yeah, the first time I tried it....well it tasted like unwashed/unwiped ass. However the second time I had it a Scott's friend of mine had his family in the U.S. for a month and before his grandmother left she had cooked some hagiss and being I was kinda seeing his sister while she was here ( you know showing her the town etc, so he didnt have to) I was invited to a family dinner and enjoyed the dish very much.

You could have put a flamable label on me later though.
