Tomorrow I'm going to make turkey potpie with some leftover turkey, mixed veggies, shredded potatoes, and homemade broth gravy.
You are an evil woman to mention such things...Could you ship me the left-overs?
I'll post a pic however. Too bad we don't have smell-net. Although after reading about DragonDefender's experience with haggis, maybe I should be relieved we don't.

Oooh-mostaciolli or burritos are always good. but there's also this tourtiere recipe I sometimes use with onions, ground chuck (we have to go with lower fat meat), carrots, currants, and a touch of cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Add a bit of beef broth to moisten just a bit, put it in a 2 crust pie shell, and bake til done. Yum.Cybernetica wrote...
For tonight I'm not sure....Something with hamburger tho.

When everything gets reduced and soft, some curry, garlick and Modena vinegar will do the job. So coucous on the side to finish it off.

After cleaning the leftover and all that stuff; the final brew is beef to stew with onion, leek, tomato, thai chili, pepper, scallion and a couple bella mushrooms.

Ok I am flying the kids and myself to Spain to just eat stew.

As for dinner tonight, it's now monday here. Monday evening's dinner will be beef steak, served blue with a side of steamed leeks, mashed potato and gravy. No dessert.
