And of course, depends on the kind of cognac and chocolate, not everyone tastes the same and not everyone likes the same concentration.
My days of going heavy on alcohol are long gone, so it would have a mild taste. It´s a pitty I cannot find a decent Osborne cognac over here without having to pay with a kidney for it.

Too bad hubby's got a problem with chocolate creating horrendous migraines. Got any good white chocolate recipes? Geez, you people are making my hormones rage.....
I do. As you know, white chocolate is not really so because it´s cocoa fat, not cocoa. So, what you want to do is reducing the brutal indigestion it produces; how can you do so?
Melt it and add anis (the liquor works best), vanilla, and use some brown sugar. Take an orange and cover the slices of orange with it; let it get hard again and eat it.

I love dark.........Statulos wrote...
In your case, my lovely beautiful lady, I´d go for a darker chocolate. The above is ment for people with a sweeter tooth or digestive issues with cocoa.

This adds extra calories but the taste is well worth; add a bit butter to the whole chocolate mixture having used the butter to previosly, fry the peel of the orange.
Works best with bitter oranges.

Wait, I need to be more specific...
Edible food!
Okay, enough of that. I'm going for some grilled Steelhead Trout drizzled with lemon and lime juice, with some steamed/sauteed mixed veggies (Carrots, Zuchini, and onion). Also, for a limited time comes with an iceberg/romaine lettuce mix salad.
