I'm actually in the middle of another quest line so do not want to go through all of orz quest just yet but I stopped by Orzammar to get to a merchant that sells a health recipe but the door is locked any tips.

It will eventually opens I would guess. I don't think I did anything special to open it.

Indeed. You'll walk by and see the owner and a couple of men talking and then walking into the building.

When, exactly, does this happen? Before I went into the Deep Roads, Figor's was inaccessible, when I came back (after the crowning) it was open but empty.



All the times I passed by it while doing side quests in Orzammar, I never saw anybody outside that shop, let alone a group. What did I miss? Does something else trigger it?

I think it opened for me as I was getting ready to hunt down the dwarf crime boss. Her name escapes me at the moment.

it's Jarvia btw and by my first char it just happened so i don't know what's wrong

When you follow them into the shop, I think you have to persuade the men to leave or not intervene. The last time I just wrecked them all and the shop owner yelled at me and left and never came back.
