easiest way i found was to call EA customer service. you can find better info in the tech forums. I don't know the number myself but i know i found it in a thread in tech forums.
i had to wait on hold for 35 minutes but that was when ME just launched and a lot of people had to link their accounts. it should be faster now.
Alternatively, I have heard you can do it over the EA customer service chat room, but I never have used that method.
