About whether Tali was a virgin, it's likely that almost all Quarians are virgins until they eventually marry. The fact that any contact with even members of their own race can cause severe illness could dissuade promiscuity.

Dunno.  I mean, there are plenty of negative consequences to promiscuity (i.e. "scrogging") among humans (up to the point of serious health problems) and it doesn't stop anyone.

I just kind of assumed she was just conscious of her place among her people (prominent admiral's daughter, had duty to entire Flotilla, etc.).

Wasn't about having sex with Tali, was about developing a meaningful (in-game) relationship with an epic character. I found her nervous babbling to be endearing and true to her character.

No no, I wasn't expecting that kind of scrogging action.  If I wanted that I would do the renegade scrog with Jack.

It's just that Tali's interest in Shepard seems to be genuine love in contrast to say Miranda who Shepard only wants to scrog because she's hot.

Tali on the other hand has known Shepard for a while and it is reasonable that she would develop feelings for him.

Therefore I was hoping for a deep, passionate, loving scrog scene.  

Instead Tali just looked like an idiot.  Why was she acting that way?  Was she a virgin?

Well look at MaleShep's LI's in ME2:

-Miranda  isn't really sure she loves Shepard and wonders if she just following a Biological imperative.

-Ren Jack is just about the sex.
-Para Jack there's actually some great emotional scenes with her, but she wants Shep, she's still not sure if it's a really deep Friendship or love.

-Tali loves Shepard, since she wants you to be happy EVEN if it's with somebody else.

This. Starting to think you should need to be registered in some government organization in order to log onto the internet. Maybe an IQ test in order to pass. That alone would eliminate tons of children from joing forums like this.

What in the Hell is wrong with her?  She was talking about how she wanted to feel her skin against mine(popped a chode there I'll admit) and then she's like
"duhhh...I'm going to blab like an idiot" once she's in my cabin. 

Then once Tali shuts her stupid piehole we see about 1/2 second of physical contact...the end.

For those who have yet to scrog any of the female players.  Scrog Jack or Miranda.  Forget Tali.  The novelty isn't worth it.

Instead of banking on digital titilation go find a real female. . . . that's your problem
