Well in any case, I hated that scene.  If a girl were to show a deep interest in me the way Tali wanted to scrog my Shepard and then she came up to my room and started blabbing non stop and then elaborating abouw how it's a defense mechanism I would be like

Miranda's scrog option was the exact  opposite problem.  The dialogue made Miranda seem shallow but the actual scrog was pretty hot.

Agreed. Tali seemed to be the only one that the player character genuinely loved, as opposed to just wanted to **** (though I have to admit, the emotional scene with Jack was very well done).

it sounds like a word my 5 year old son would invent, in which my 9 year old would tell him the word sounded retarded, and lead to a brawl. so I tend to ignore it though I know what it is, I just don't like the sound of it. there are a few words like that out there that are annoying to say * lol

However Tali's reaction came across quite natural actually. Talking is one thing, doing and having that anxiety behind it does tend to lead one to ramble, or put up any last moment defenses until they are pretty much " pushed " .

though the irony is it's most often males who get like that under these situations * shrugs*

Please, please stop using that word... I just find it incrediby annoying. It's like you're speaking a nonsense language.

Anyway, Tali clearly says that she hasn't trusted anyone enough to link suit environments with, "except for... well, no Quarians" (by which she obviously means Shepard). If she hasn't linked her suit environments with anyone, she obviously hasn't been able to engage in any kind of physical relationship.

I was curious enough to go anc check out the Tali Male Shep..um...scrog and I don't see what the fuss is. Each um..scrog scene has its own flavor. Miranda is the slightly exhibitionist "doncha wish your gf was..." type. Jack is the %^&*h that eventually shows her softer side, and Tali- well Tali is the geek getting laid for the first time. She does not see herself as some femme fatale. Thus the awkwardness looked endearing to me. The part when Shep takes off her mask so that only he can see? Adorable.

These things are subjective so I personally cannot see where the OP is coming from.
