Anyone having trouble uploading screenshots to the album on this site?

I continuously get an "unable to parse image" error. Tried using the simple uploader tool as well and get the same. Any ideas?

What's your internet connection? Do you use wireless?

I sometimes get an unspecified error about server connections but if I try again it usually works

Well I have a wireless network but the router is wired to the main PC which is where I play the game. I have two laptops and a 360 on the wireless network. This error occurs every time I try to upload. I've tried several times but get the same error saying unable to parse image and the pic doesn't upload.

I get the same error. "Unable to parse image, image may contain corrupt data."



There's nothing wrong with the screenshots, I can view them perfectly well on my machine. The uploader does get the full file (same size uploaded as on disk). But I get the above error message, every time.

Glad it's not just me then. I've searched for info on google as you quite often get help for specific errors such as this but can't seem to find any info.

I was playing at 1600x900 on my laptop so my pics were too big even though Bioware claims they aren't.



The fix for me was to shrink all the photos to half size, then they will download. The info stating you can upload anything up to 2,000kb is wrong. I'm thinking it won't load anything over 200kb and my 1600x900 pics were failing at only 300 to 400kb. At half size they are all under 200kb and all can be uploaded.

I moved my pictures to another location, copied back the ones I wanted to post, resized (and saved), the upload FINALLY worked.



Yet.



I can't see any pictures.



What is it with this game/forum/company? Every little thing is a problem.



I wanted to post a picture. No picture posting link. I check other posts, they posted from their albums. I go to profile and screenshots but you have to upload from the game. I tried to post from my game; didn't work, game crashed. I searched for information; found this thread. I redo my pictures and try yet again. The game still doesn't upload. I log back in here and try via profile. I get information saying it works (9 pictures in the album, upload okay, etc., etc.). But I can't see the pictures so how can I post them?

I was having the reoccurring parse error. I tried changing the format of the pictures but they still wouldn't post. After resizing as Eyelusion suggested, they uploaded fine ^^ Thanks, Eyelusion~

I cant even upload my screenshots or my character. I'm getting ''Unable to acess your online profile storage...''. My profile is updanting just the achievements, but not the character. Can someone enlight me, please? I just brought the game and cant find anything to resolve this issue.
