I've played through 4 times.  I purchased and downloaded Return to Ostegar.  When I loaded the game, all characters are gone.  I cannot find them anywhere - not in documents/bioware/dragonage/characters.  I'm almost ready to remove this game along with my awakenings purchase because of how angry I am.  Any help or am I screwed?
