Why would you harvest the organs of kids run over by a bulldozer? The organs would be ruined.
Well I figure since they were run over by a bulldozer the shovel part must be up... if that is the case the children would need to be totally aligned with the treads to be completley ruined. I'm thinking at least one kid lost only a limb and bled to death, leaving everything else unharmed.
Good news, DA:A has been in development for a year

Good point, but I just keep thinking of all those wasted organs. There has to be a better way of getting them.Wishpig wrote...

The interview over on this thread confirmed that they have been working on this expansion for almost a year at this point.
Many, including myself, were worried that the devs were being rushed as EA whipped their backs to release an expansion asap... most expansions come out around a year after release and with DA:A coming out far earlier then a year after DA:O's release, no wonder we were worried.
However, as many thought, thanks to the whole console, PC, delay issue... they must have been developing DA:A far before the release of DA:O which means that awakening was no more rushed then the average expansion.
Don't know about you, but for some reason, this comes as a big relief to me.
Thanks for confirming what I guessed a little while ago.

I feel bad for these guys, do they ever get a chance to rest. As soon as DA:O was done they must have jumped right into Stone Prisoner, Warden's Keep, and Awakening. Now another expansion (or so we assume) has been officially announced for 2011, and a sequel is already in the works.

Judging by the content of Stone Prisoner (and to a point Warden's Keep) I'd assume they were developed alongside Origins.Wishpig wrote...

Once the toolset is done and the gameplay mechanics are in place, the rest is relatively clear sailing so it wouldn't have taken them overly long to get them done (aside from Awakening, of course).

That whole team must be working their butts off. I wonder if there will be a time when they can sit back, relax and rest on their laurels a bit. I think its well deserved.
And these are my thoughts DESPITE having a couple complaints here and there about things.
Keep on trucking Bioware, we still love you...

All last year we were pestering the writers for scraps of information on DA:O. Whilst their minds were elsewhere trying to create a brand new game they could not even mention.
It would be wierd for them. They might get involved in a forum discussion about design decisions in DA:O. But really be thinking about some design or story issue in Awakening.

Because clearly writers, designers and artists know how to program an export utility. I mean anyone can program right? And QA had nothing better to do in the months before DA:O came out than to test something for an expansion.

You do realize that there are two or three teams working on DA:O, right?

My guess is that DA2 is probably already being worked on and should be a least 1/4 - 1/2 done.
