So, I'm doing my Insanity run-through right now, and during the Recruit Archangel Mission, I accidently switched the difficulty from Insanity to Hardcore. My question is, can I switch the difficulty back to Insanity, restart the mission, and then get the achievement. Or, do I have to start a new game? Thanks.

i really don't know. I have NEVER played insane... or hardcore as a matter of fact

I never tried that, but I would imagine that yes, since restarting the mission is nothing more than loading a special autosave that's made in the beginning.

Thanks for the help, guys. I'm definately going to be doing another run-through with this game before I put it down, so if restarting the mission doesn't work, I'll just do Insanity again.
