Im at level 6 right now, but im still waiting for my specializations options
im through the Grey Warden test and the first battle, and the first town, but still nothing comes up, is this a bug?

I just got the game the other day after ripping off some people
the manual says i will receive my specializations

class specializations are unlocked by (1) convincing an NPC to teach you, (2) buying a manual from a vendor, or (3) reaching level 14 (with the latest title update installed).
