Amazon.de offers a pre-order bonus for the PC version, other stores might announce it later.

I pre-orded the 360 version at Gamestop and didn't get any info if there would be.
Personally I don't think I really care if there is =/ I sell all the pre-order junk to vendors because Blood Dragon Armor really doesn't fit the setting at all.
