The whole system they have set up seems a joke to me. Poorly designed, clumsily executed on a micro and macro scale. Really frustrating interaction with the company. I just want the Blood Dragon Armour, stop being crap Bioware!

got a problem. I've redeemed the code for Blood Dragon Armor and it has appeared on entitlements list BUT there is no link for Mass Effect 2 to download.

@chaosmalefic Your account appears to be missing the entitlement for the ME2 version of the Blood Dragon Armor.  EA Customer Support (http://support.ea.com/) can help you get the missing entitlement.

I have problem, redeemed shale and visited trader in sepulcher. Felix gave me the golem control rod, but he forgott probably to show me the location of tat village i should visit.

I just simply dont have it on my map.

Well Jesus Christ this is tedious, I am having the same problem since all my other dlc show yet shale and the blood dragon armor dont, EA help center doesnt help much really. Bioware please give a hand.

There is no "Bioware" in here (99% of the time, maybe less than that). It's just your fellow members!

Can't say if its same problem you have as me exactly, but what solved my problem was a bit like described:

First try and manually start the service just to make sure that it will run properly :

1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START

Then I found the update and it was on manual which for me is okay, then I did a start and restart on it. When I started the game up again and logged in Blood dragon armor along with The stone prisoner appeared in Downloadable content for me, where it was missing/disappeared before. Hope it helps those with same problem as me.

if u got DAO USED is ther away 2 get blood armor Or am i simply out of luck sorry if ther is2 of these my system froze so i had 2 shut it off and was not  shore if it took

 Help I have Dragon age 2 and I cant download any of my Content from the website I recently got a new computer and in order for me to do my cloud saves i have have to have my armor packs and when i try to download from website it sends me somewhere else and I cant download anything

Dragon Age is a pre-Cloud game, and you would be wisest to NOT run Cloud software with it.
