Of course, it isn't justifiable. After Bioware's heavy marketing of the game on story and choices, to see one of the single-most important choices in the game be simply discarded is.... baffling.

Actually i have been thinking about this... A good idea to show how it would work is say that Riorand or however you spell his name had sex with Morrigan and so she still got the baby. That way when they bring Morrigan back she will still have the old god kid.
