I don't have any modding experiences or skills. I have a female Elf Mage. I just want to change her facial appearance. Is there any way to do this or are modders still working on it?
I would guess replacing values in a save game file would be the only way to do this...

Mind you, due to the HUGELY BUGGED status of the toolset I can't get any of it to launch.
But, in the NWN 1-2 days, here's what we did to change appearance in a saved game:
1. In the toolset, create a character with a face you like;
2. Open the saved game character with the GFF editor;
3. Copy the relevant values from the toolset character to the saved game character.
Once you got around the method, it worked without too much hassle. Dunno if you can do it with DA's toolset, though.

Be warned though, following the procedure as is will likely screw up your game & make it unplayable.
