To be fair there are still no waffles in the future and I find that to be far more disturbing. No wonder theres so many bad things going on like cheating and the reapers...

Umm, there's really nothing thus far in the comics that indicates there's anything between them. Liara doesn't even like or trust Feron. The comics are half-done: shoehorning a relationship into the last two issues would be terrible writing.

I can see the new Codex to explain her relationship:
Asari have unbearable sexual appetites that must satiate or they will DIE!!!!

Shouldnt this be in a SPOILERS ALLOWED section?
It doesn't doesn't matter. Mods around here are a joke. They only delete harmless posts and ban people who upset the Talimancers. Post whatever spoilers you want. You aren't the only one.

I cheated on Carth with Kaidan. That's basically cheating on someone with himself, so it doesn't count.

I've only read the first issue of the comic but I'll admit I thought there's room for a relationship to blossom between Feron and Liara. Should make for some interesting conversation in ME3 (or ME2 expansion).
Oh, and to all those who say the comic is taking place in a 'canon' universe, I disagree. There's a reason why the additional ME media --books, comic-- only refers to the events of the game in the vaguest of terms; There is no canon!
Even the decisions made for you in the first game should you start ME2 fresh were not 'canon' decisions. The developers picked those actions as they felt they'd be the easiest to explain away to new players.
I agree somewhat with this. I'd say there is no canon in the actual ME games. But there are canon in the ME universe. Basically any decision that Shepard made in the ME games doesn't qualify as canon because different people choose differently. But the things that aren't in the games, like books and comics, are canon. Bioware isn't stingy like George Lucas, and this isn't Star Wars, where everything is recorded down into the history of the SW universe. I don't think Bioware wants to make Mass Effect anything like Star Wars. They respect people's choices, and try to make their own stories accordingly. Chances are, ME3 will have consequences for every choice you made in the two games and so there won't really be any contradictions, just different stories for each person.
For me, I picked Liara as my LI, but I don't think she cheated with Feron or anything. And if she did, I'm sure there will be repercussions in ME3, or a ME2 DLC.

Will you go on the Maw'ri Pauveekh show and get a genetic deep scan reconstructive analysis to see who is the father of Liara's baby is?

So, it turns out on ME2 that Liara is looking for a friend. We all know this is Feron from the first issue of Mass Effect Redemption. It looks like she has a lot of feelings for this guy. All I know is that it looks like, for us who made her a LI, that she cheated on Shepard with Feron. Well, guess we'll have to wait for Mass Effect Redemption #3.
No, no you are wrong. Read it a bit closer. It's kinda obvious she didn't.
