Yeah man I hate it for you, pets become members of the family.
But on a brighter note, you can afford to guy a Panther or some sort of big cat, forget a dog get an animal that can crush your skull on a whim.

Condolences. It's hard to lose a pet - or rather, someone - whom you love.

Oh, man...That really sucks. I've had two of my dogs die. They both needed to be put down.
My deepest condolences. I know it's hard, but keep your chin up, and remember the good times.

Very sorry to hear. :/ I won't go any further than to say I've been there and can at least understand your pain.

I know what you're going through, my sympathies.
I'm an animal person, whenever I see a dog or cat on the street - it takes every fiber of my being to not pick it up and take care of it. If I lost my dog (again) or cat, I'd literally cry.

My sympathies, Rose and everyone else in this thread who mentioned losing a pet. I've had it happen several times in the past, and it ripped my heart out each time.
Hopefully you'll be able to get past your pain soon, and have fond memories to look back on.

@WoD <_<
@Rose--sorry to hear about your cat passing away. We had to put our 21 year old kitty to sleep last year, and our 16 year old cat died the year before. We buried them in the yard and planted a white rose next to them. We got a new cat from the humane society. He can't replace our other cats, but he is one terrific and incredibly loving cat. I highly recommend a shelter kitty to you if you decide to get a new member of the family.
