Her loyalty mission is good, though. Heck, all of them are.
Garrus easily is the best-developed and most interesting and fun character in the whole game, spanning (and changing) as he does over the course of both installments.

Overall, I'd definately agree. I was expecting him to get cybernetic implants or something after his.. well.. This is a spoiler-free forum, so I'm not going to say anything.Gena Mafer wrote...

But I agree. Too bad he keeps running around with the torn armor and that he didn't have more conversations, though. I consider him a bit lacking in that department. But overall, he is still one of the best characters in the. When you had to decide for a second squad leader in "that mission", I was happy to let Garrus do it, even though I really would've wanted him with my own team.

Link to Gatsby's Engineer tutorial. Look at around the halfway mark and on for usage and comments on Cryo.

I like Jacob. You can tell he idolizes Shepard because he's the kind of person Jacob wants to be. He borders on cynicism, but its more of a jaded thing. People aren't trustworthy, and Cerberus plays games that he doesn't find amusing. Its clearly had an effect on him. Ultimate he prefers to be direct. He speaks his mind, calls it how he sees it, and he doesn't appreciate manipulation, bureaucracy, or politics. Get the job done.
Jacob is selfless, confident, direct, intelligent, loyal to those who earn it, and experienced.
He's also jaded and a bit quick to act (Contrasted by Miranda's calculating nature).
Jacob is an excellent character, but Bioware didn't put nearly enough into his dialogue. One of the best loyalty missions.
This.

I didn't even have a problem with his romance I found him to be very friendly and caring and much more laid back compared to the seriousness of the 2 aliens that are your other options.

The issue won't be dropped because you obviously are a racist and continue to expound racist views, and editing out your first comment, claiming it was misspoken (when it very clearly was not), doesn't change that at all. And don't give me rubbish about lack of tonality on an internet message board, because your racial attitude is stupendously unsubtle, or insult us with a fake apology. If I were you, I'd just quit before I fell behind even more.
Oh, yeah, and I thought Jacob was fairly bland as well as mediocre in combat.
