As above. Downloaded it, started a new game, have done Feros, Noveria, Bring down the Sky and Pinnacle Station hasn't shown up. It doesn't show up in my "Downloadble Content" section of the start menu either. XBOX Live says I downloaded it.

There is a known bug when Bring down the Sky is present, but there is a way to fix that.
