I have my "last" issue now and i went to gamestop about a month ago to
renew it and i still have receipt and on the back of my copy it says the
expiration date is March 2010 and there is a sticker saying this is my
last issue when i know i renewed it last month...I did notice that
around mid December i didn't have a edge card( i lost my edge card
around late October and when i went there they said i could just give
them name and phone # and i could still use it) They said my name wasn't
there anymore...and it was only on the system for my DAO and mass
effect 2 Pre-orders... And also when i renewed it they didn't ask for my
address..just my phone # and i think my name

what should i do about it? If i can do anything

I paid by Store credit i had like 15 bucks left over from a while back from trading at gamestop and noticed my GI was up in March so renewed it...I usually do this every year, take left over trade in credit and buy a subscription to take advantage of the 10% from buying used games and selling em

Id see if there is any way to trace the transaction from the card number itself then.

I would simply go to the gamestop i bought it in but i bought it from a different gamestop not in my area.. I got the receipt but i don't know how much that would help now

Well every reciept has a transaction # on it they can trace your purchase with that either call the store or if they will not resolve it call corp. customer service.

I guess ill go call em later...love how they couldn't do something as easy as renew my subscription..when i done it a bunch of times.. been a GI subscriber since 2002 and never had a problem till now
