Just contacted EA support man and he told me same thing - the code which I have is valid, but I can't register, because servers are down and I should try again later...

Just want to ask people who have same issue to drop a line here when the servers will be up. I will do the same - will post here when I will be able to register my game.

Hmm Im not so sure if the server really is the problem, seeing that the OP is from 4 months ago and he had the same problem.

Are you talking about Velsper? I can see Dragon Age icon near his avatar - so it seems he managed to register game by some way.

Got copy of Mass Effect 2 CE from the store. Not able to register it (and therefor not able to redeem the other codes either)

I cant register my ME2 game, retail box copy...says the code is invalid

...

I have enough of this site, one failure after another :/

I gave up on Dragon Age, now its the same with ME2 - the difference is ME2 has dlc that I accually WANT DAMMIT!

had some problems with wow and other rpg,fps games, but everything was fixed in a hour or so, how come bioware cant fix this for so long?

I probably have good news guys! I managed to register my DA:O and download DLC Stone Prisoner using promo code few minutes ago. So I hope it will work for all of you now.

Worked for me too. Had to remove the dashes from the code though for it to be accepted.

Same here, registered my game and promo code with original keys.

Managed to register my game and claim my promotions today.



I put my codes in in lower case with no dashes '-' separating the characters and they went in instantly. Upper case with dashes doesn't work!



Hope you guys have some success soon.
