Liam Neeson and Morgan Freeman would sound sweet. Edit: ^ Patrick stewart, nice.

That said, I'd prefer EA/Bioware spent their money on other fields of the game instead of famous celeb voices.(I'm assuming it wasn't/isn't cheap to hire them)

It doesn't really need to be a celeb in my opinion though, so long as they "fit" the role.
