Ah, makes sense. So I could leave the combat passive active for most of the game and then switch to the P/R passive when I know that a conflict is going to happen?FoFoZem wrote...
Your charm and intimidate are affected. It helps you solve situations like the Jack/Miranda fight and the Tali/Legion argument.

Not sure I follow but are you asking if you should respec to change your passive for persuasion checks?
Honestly, if you're so concerned about passing those checks, just wear the Inferno Armor or buy the Death Mask. If you've made the right choices from the beginning of the game, passing those checks shouldn't be a problem since you'll have enough points by then. You could also choose to do those harder persuasion checks last so you've had ample time to accumulate points.

Yes you could.
Edit:
Keep in mind: The conflicts happen immediately after a mission. For example, if you've done Miranda's loyalty mission, you have to use the P/R passive during Jack's loyalty mission because when you get back the scene will automatically trigger.

I'm more curious than anything. I prefer roleplaying the way I want to vs. being forced to go to the extreme on either side of the spectrum to get through important plot points. I always make sure to do the team dividing plot points toward the end, but I'm curious to see if I can assure those choices by simply switching my passive before I know that they would come up.Atmosfear3 wrote...

Most others got Inferno Armor on Pre-Order.
Collector's Edition got the Collector Armor and Assault Rifle.
Digital Deluxe got the Incisor Rifle.
Everyone on the Cerberus Network got the Cerberus Armor & Shotgun.
Dr. Pepper gave away three helmets/visors.
Did I miss anything? I don't think so.
