Oops... forgot. I also cried when the Turian Councilor dismissed the notion of Reapers.
From his tone of voice as he struggled to maintain an aura of arrogance, I could tell how deeply tormented he was. How the obviously false bravado behind his haughty tone was merely a thin mask for his own tortured insecurity. I could see the nervous muscle tremors traveling up and down his arms as he bravely lifted his hands to make "air quotes" - hands that he had obviously wept countless tears into over the impending doom of the Galaxy.
Yes... I cried for that brave, brave Turian. God bless him!
Ok, so who cried? *** SPOILERAMA***

Ya... I teared up plenty of times... quite often, it was from the heartfelt messages I received after the mission. But, I cry at everything. My wife gives me a lot of grief over it.
Saving Kelly...
Reuniting Miranda...
Chakwas's awe at being rescued...
Then, there were the throwaway lines that made me feel 10 feet tall.. like Miranda, "I never planned on the Eclipse, but they never planned on you." Or Tali's "I got better... I got you."
I'm such a wuss.
"No one gets left behind."
I dig that line.

Oh and reuniting Miranda with her sister, and for some reason when Legion played that recording with the Geth asking if he has a soul. What a b****, "Only Quarians have souls, you are a mechanism."

I cried also when I realized there was nothing to with LI's after the suicide mission.
What? Inviting them up to your quarters to cuddle doesn't count?

Like the Salarian father and Asari daughter shopping on Illium. He is so scared about finding the right gift for her mother, and he's painfully aware that he's getting older. There's an exchange between them where he says ".. and I'm 35 now." and she says "Dad, she'll remember you. -I'll- remember you. That's why I came on this trip."
It just breaks your heart - One of the longest-lived races, and the shortest-lived races.. For a human, that would be like falling in love and having a family with someone you know only has 5 years to live.

I didn't cry, but there were sweet moments; Miranda meeting her sister being one of them. I also thought Thane's line "I took a lot of bad people out of this world. You're the only good thing I ever added to it" was probably the sweetest thing I heard in this game, considering his background.

Oh, and I laughed so hard I almost cried at Thane's "Yes it's me, Mouse. You can change your pants later" line.

I never really cried hard, but the trilogy has elicited more emotion from me than any movie/game/book has ever done before:
- Normandy getting gutted and blown to bits = sadness and a whole lot of anger
- Meeting Tali on Freedom's Progress = yay! I missed you too.
- Reveal of the Normandy SR2 = Shivers of happiness
- Garrus choking on his own blood = complete and utter shock
- Mordin's loyalty mission = Very, very dismal; brings me down every time.
- Miranda's loyalty mission = Reuniting her with her sister made me tear up a bit
- "I wish Shepard were here..." = Pausing the game to wipe away a single tear.
- Tali's loyalty mission = Pretty much every emotion to be felt came through here, cried twice
- Ashley on Horizon = Hey, I thought we were friends! Made me pretty damn sad.
- Wrex reuniting with Shepard = WOO!
- Tali's romance = massive amounts of cute and seeing her devotion was really special (Thank you for doing it right Bioware!)
- The entire suicide mission was like the best energy drink I've ever had. My heart was going a mile a minute and I was tensed up for the entire hour of playing. Pretty sure I was unable to sleep that night.
There were a whole lot more but those are the big ones.
THIS.
And I would add:
- Thane reuniting with his son, that conversation was... real, perfect, touching.
- Garrus loyalty mission, when he realizes Sidonis is already being punished (by himself). The way he says "tell him to go" is amazing.
- And Tali, again, because she deserves it.
