Ok Bioware I just wanted to ask if you could make it possible for the public to view PS3 technical support (specifically for Dragon Age at this point) without having to login as is possible as the Xbox 360 as it disadvantages many visitors who may not want to sign up. Also, continuous IE issues with posting restrictions on the ps3 section can be very annoying.

You can view all forums without logging in, you just can't post.

as it disadvantages many visitors who may not want to sign up.

Not want to sign up?  What, typing for 30 seconds is too difficult?   Or do you mean "may not want to own a legal copy of the game"?

Also, continuous IE issues with posting restrictions on the ps3 section can be very annoying.

"IE issues" such as.....?   I doubt that evryone with IE has 'issues', I doubt that if they are having issues that they are specific to the ps3 forums, and as far as I know nobody at bioware is forcing you to use IE at all.

Um, no, you cannot even see the PS3 support forum here unless you're already registered and logged in.

Hrm, if I log out I can see it fine.

Also, why is that even an issue?  What possible excuse do people have for not registering?

lol, When I log out I cannot see it, some people Sloth don't like putting up there infomation online, I know a few people like that, who will read, but won't join as they don't want to risk personal infomation being taken.

What 'personal information'  Do you need to register here?  I must have missed the part where they asked for my social security number and did a credit check.   All you need is a made up name, a made up password and a legal copy of the game.

Which is also information you need to acquire any DLC or for posting in certain parts of the forums.

If you don't want to make an account, odds are you've got paranoia issues.

Paranoia issues or not, there should be no reason why PC and 360 help forums are visible for non-users and ps3 ones are not.

There is no piracy or anything of the sort on the ps3, and allowing anyone, even people who have not registered, to read the support forum should be standard practice to ensure your customers get the information they need for their product.

Thanks for those that support my point, I just think it's annoying but I know it's not REALLY a big deal. Just asking the mods to change it please.

EDIT:
The request has been accepted. Thanks a lot :)
