So both my sister and I are playing Dragon Age on the same Xbox. She has her account (both Xbox and EA) and I have mine. She downloaded the DLC originally and up until now I've been able to use all of it as well, including Feral Wolf Charm, Dragon armor, and Shale.

The one thing that I couldn't seem to get was the Memory Band. It didn't even appear on the list of downloadables. That was all well and good and I played as normal. Then, seemingly randomly, the band appeared in my inventory and I just assumed this was belated placement and was fine.

Well after coming back to the save, I get an error message saying it can't load the file because it can't find the Memory Band DLC on my storage device. I looked for it and it is indeed not there. It suggests I download it again but, as before, it's not on the list of downloadables and thus I can't fix this myself.

My sister can load her data just fine, everything running smooth, but I can't. I can make a new character, though I haven't gone indepth enough with it to see if a memory band appears there, and I really hope it doesn't otherwise I can never make another character on this game.

Please, PLEASE, someone help me out with this. I really want to play on my character I've been working hard on.

Through some trial and error, I found a workaround for this problem. I'll share it here just in case anyone else has this problem. The problem does still persist, but this does help.



When starting the game, what I had to do was FIRST sign into my sister's profile, the one that had the DLC downloaded to. No need to load a game or anything, just sign in and then sign out at the menu screen. Then I just signed into my own account as normal and everything worked fine.
