but where must i go to get it?

In the main menu, select the "downloadable content" option and install it from there.  Then you should be able to use it in-game.

it also isent in download progress

Not really sure then, maybe it just needs time to update the purchase.  Try the technical help forums, might get more help there.

if it says download in progress wait until it finishes...it takes awhile for mine to even start most of the time
