I ask this because I didn't aquire him untill my cleanup run after my second playthrough to get lvl 30, I didn't do any side missions the first time.
But when I got Urz I did some betting on him to see what that was all about and after I won about 5 times in a row I decided to see how far I could take it. Now IDK the exact number but I'm at about 50-3 and I was wondering if this was normal or am I just extremely lucky. Is this just a coin flip or does somthing determine this.
Is my Urz just glitched?

He doesn't die. You leave and come back to Tuchanka again and you'll see him running around again.
