First, I hope I'm posting to the right place.  I apologize if it isn't.

I tried to do a search but didn't see anything come up.  I noticed on the armor page that there is the "Inferno Armor" (it is sleek and red) that says it was available when you pre-ordered.

We did pre-order our game and got everything else that came with the pre-order but not that.

Can someone tell me how we are suppose to get this armor?

Also didn't get that when I preordered from the game.co.uk. Their support also claimed that it should be inside the case which was sealed perfectly. I couldn't find any resolution to this so I just got a code from a friend that didn't care about his... Still it's sad that I preordered collector's and there was no preorder bonus included and couldn't find a way to get what I paid for...
