My problem is this... my EA account that is linked to my gamertag is different to the one I'm using to log into bioware/ea sites now.
So.. therefore I can get my DA:J items or basically use this website properlly. There is also no way to unlink gamertags to ea account or link to multiple accounts. So basically I'm buggered. YAY.

BioWare can do nothing about this. EA might be able to help.

I'm having the same problem too, forgot my old EA account and that's the one my GT was linked to. Only option I can see is making a new GamerTag...since EA won't delete my old account.

i have the same problem, and if i put all my preorders on my "ea account" i wont have them on my bioware account and i wouldnt also have the Blood Dragon Armor. The most amazing thing is that i never asked to link my account to an ea account

Ok I got this resolved today and I have all my DLC, terminus armor and all. I just contacted EA technical support about my account and gamertag. They were able to look up my old ea account and switch my gamertag to be linked to my new Ea account that I used the promo codes on. Hope this helps anyone who was as frustrated and pissed off last night as I was.

Contact EA Support at http://support.ea.com/.
If you check out the Mass Effect forums I think there quite a few threads with people having the same problem, and there might more insight there.

Do did you just send an email? Or did you call them? I'm having the same problem too, and I really would like to have it resolved. I really don't get why they have to do this Cerberus Network BS. It would be way more straightforward to just enter the thing on the Xbox itself.ManOfSteele wrote...

I have the same problem, just sent out an email and I'll gauge how long it'll take them.
Based on ManOfSteele's post, I'm hoping it'll be less than 12 hours.

I'd say don't count on it P4ul. I've had an e-mail in to support since Wednesday and I've gotten nothing more than an automated response about Dragon Age: Origins.....

i got the same thing, im starting to wonder if EA actually gives a damn about their customers. Its so frustrating that a company can make such a good game, but then be let down by their customer service

P4ul, if you're still checking this I finally managed to get my situation sorted out by contacting EA through the live chat. When you e-mail support on the support.ea.com website and click the e-mail link select Xbox 360 > Mass Effect > Mass Effect 2 > My Account/Billing > Account Linking and click the "Live Chat" button. You'll wait in a queue for a while (about half an hour for me) but when/if you finally talk to a real person (I tried on Wednesday and after two times of sitting in queue for half an hour I got a "No available agents" message) it can be sorted out in no time. Turns out my younger brother had linked my account........ But that's a whole nother story.....

I just waited on the phone for EA support....I got the coolest guy in the world, he not only gave me the Terminus code again but an addition code for Sentry Interface which I did not have. I know a lot of people already have it but I didn't and i really appreciated it. WAY TO GO EA Support!!!
