First of all' I hope that the Reapers (finger-quote) :Dwill be delt with in ME 3 once and for all.

So I'm just guessing what The Final Battle plot will be.
my ideas:

1)Shepard fights his way through some Most-Important-Reaper-In-The-Galaxy's corridors to Pull A Very Important Switch Off ( and to turn all the reapers to scarp-metal or to some kind of Peaceful Space-gardeners)

2) Shepard (Renegad-only) seduces the reaper-admiral (break-off with Tali required)

3) There are no reapers after all! All this was a Cerberus cospiracy from the start. Reapers/Geth-heretics/saren/collectors AND all other bad guys of the Universe are just Cerberus projects gone wrong.

4) Shepard goes back in time and sabotages a building of The Very First Reaper, so in the final battle "three-red-lights" signal couses all the reapers to explode/land on the nearest star/ become a lown-movers.

5)The Personality matrix of The Very First Reaper is Sheppard himself! So he/she have to fight himself and the hord of convenientlly placed husks.

6) reapers in all they glory got stuck in the Dark Space. Without Mass Relay the journey should take some 50 000 000 years. Through all the ME3 Sheppard and his crew are wondering how to spend this time.
