I'm CONFIRMING SUCCESS w/ information obtained from an original post made by HemisH, in regards to a download stuck at 100% issue I had. See below for more details:

Platform: PC
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Game Version: 1.00 & 1.01

Issue: Downloading optional available content stuck at 100% and will not install

Resolve: As posted by HemisH ( see post: http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613, under section 3.3 & 3.3.1 ), I did the following:

1. Run CMD ( windows command prompt)
2. type: net stop DAUpdaterSvc
3. Close the CMD window
4. Navigate normally with My Computer to 'My Documents>>>BioWare>>>DragonAge>>>Settings' and delete 'Manifest.xml'
4a. (optional) also delete/rename (remember to backup files just in case!) ALL the .xml files within the SETTINGS folder
5. Restart computer and then start the game
6. Make sure you are logged into your DA:O online account, and go to DLC area
7. Available DLC will appear for DL, and can now be re-downloaded and (re)-installed properly!

I followed the steps above, including the 4a.(optional),and can confirm this succefully resolved my game DLC issue! Once again, special thanks goes out to HemisH (see their original post @: http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613) for this valuable information, and proving once again that a community can deploy useful strategies, fixes, and troubleshooting (often) faster then the Game Publishers/Delvs can release to the public!

welcome m8! glad my post (again, thanks goes out to HemisH for original info!) helped someone else out there with the same issue I was having, because like you, I was bout ready to break something or fully reinstall the game (which would have increased my level of "break something" mode) .... happy gaming m8!

You shoulda just confirmed in the sticky instead of wasting forum space with this.

Actually, had you done a lil' research dragoaskani, you would of found that I *did* in fact confirmed/posted in the sticky. Problem with that is, as I expected, it gets buried with the rest of the comments, which in turn makes it hard to find the solution to a particular issue.

Now, putting your ignorance aside for a moment, I felt the information I posted deserved a separate thread because it was in regards to a very specific situation/error/glitch, which I had spent well over a half hour researching a solution to and almost didn't find at all. Bottom line: the information was dispensed to be informational, informative, and help others resolve this specific game issue.

Lastly, you're arrogant brash post was a waste of space. Insulting others helping fellow gamers won't earn you quick respect. Not here anyhow. Get off your high horse wanker. That all said, I'm done wasting any more forum space on you.

Happy gaming everyone (else).

Amused,
Wicked Vendetta
