 Why the heck doesn't Return to ostagar DLC show up on the ingame main menu like other DLCs/

I went to the website to download it, I have like 1400 points, and it wont let me download it unless I add more points, what the problem? why cant I download it outside the game without adding points, I got lots of points to buy it. and it doesnt show up on the ingame menu?

for a game that was said to have alot of DLC, the methods of getting the DLC is impossible. I thought bioware was better than this. seems all your time is on the expansion. and ignoring DLC.

nevermind, it shos up now, took about 15 min to show up ingame
