I know there's tons of these threads around the 'net but none have been particularly helpful. EA's support is also complete garbage. I can't find the Collectors Armor and have yet to see any mention of it within the game. I've been able to do as follows.
1) I got the Collectors Edition at a Gamestop along with the Terminus code.
2) I have successfully redeemed the Cerberus Network code and the Terminus Armor Gamestop code.
3) I have access to everything except the Collectors Armor, Collectors Assault Rifle, Terminus Armor, and Cerberus Armor. I have the Normandy Crash Site and have already completed the Mission. I also got Zaaed. Clearly, at least some things are working right. My Gamer tag and EA Account already use the same email address.
4) It doesn't show the Collectors Armor as something I can download and there's been no mention of it in the game so far.
Here's my question.
What exactly do I have to get the Collectors Equipment? There's no mention of codes or instructions on how to get them. Clearly, there's at least some proper connection between my EA Account and my Xbox Live Gamertag. Can someone just give me a step by step on how to collect it? (no pun intended)

If you've already downloaded them then the armour should appear in the locker in the captains cabin. The gun should be available in the weapons select screen before any of the missions. Of course you would have to be a soldier or trained in assault rifles to use it.

When i started the game i activated my cerberus network, and i need to log into my bioware account? do anyone know how to? because it only asked me for the cerberus code i use the 360 version.
