Personally I would like to see Ken and Gabby In ME3, mostly Ken though.
He would also make a good LI in my opinion. I miss Wrex and would like
to see him again, but I'll understand if  problems arise with his clan.

I hope so, it would be kinda a middle finger to the players if they broke up the current team. I mean they made sure we knew these characters, made sure we knew their thoughts, feelings, and opinions. If they broke us up after that it would be really cruel.

Only thing that immediately comes to mind is giving Joker to femshep. The uh...mechanics of it are different but I'm sure the fangirls will appreciate having the option.

EDIT: Since this thread is not only about romances, I want to see Tali and Garrus most. Mordin as well, but I'm aware that he is rather old so I'm not getting my hopes up. Ashley, Kaidan and Liara should return due to their lessened roles in ME2, and the fact that Bioware has already said they will return anyways.

I want Wrex in my team so bad my testicles ache. And yeah seeing Blasto in person or actually having him onboard the Normandy would be awsome.

Oh and I'd like to romance a certain cockney mercenary with a hole in his face and a pigment-less right eye who likes to throw grenades alot and says "goddamn" all the time because I have a daddy complex

The game must have Garrus and Tali again. I suspect that it will already have Kaiden or Ashley, since it's strongly hinted in ME2 that they'll be back (to rekindle the old flames, even!). But it just wouldn't be the same if we went through two games with Garrus and Tali and then they just went away or were relegated to background status. They should stay romanceable and let you continue the ME2 romance if you had it. I really adore those two.



I hope Mordin is back, too. Gotta love the crazy doctor/scientist. However, I wouldn't want to romance him. Ew.



Aside from the NPCs like the Councilors? I'd be happy with just those characters back. Maybe it's because I'm female, but I didn't like Miranda much (what with her "we should have mind controlled you"), and what I've heard about Jacob made me decide I don't like him much either. Jack's only cool if you're a renegade, Grunt doesn't have half of Wrex's awesomeness, Zaeed thinks he's awesome but doesn't hold a patch to Shepard, and Samara is just... well I just don't like her.

Ideally, Garrus, Tali and Liara should return, as I feel it's necessary both for the sake of having some continuity, and on a more personal level. I'd like to see Legion, too, as the Geth are nothing short of awesome. Thane was neat, but I think that curing him of his sickness would be cheap. It might be heart-wrenching to have a character die, but without that sort of strong emotion, the story is weakened.



Who else?



I'd like to see the return of the human squadmate from ME, even though I never really liked them. Again, it would complete the story, in a sense.



Beyond those, it's open season.

Garrus and Tali need to stay on my squad. I'd really like to visit Mordin and Wrex again; I'd love Wrex back on my squad but he needs to work on being king of the krogan. Hope Shiala makes another cameo, maybe Lorik Qu'in in addition to Gianna. Oh, and how could I forget the matriarch barkeep? Maybe she moves up in the world.

But I'd toss all of them just to keep Garrus and Tali in my squad.
