I purchased this game the day it came out, and i installed it on a new HDD. the next day i reformatted my current HDD and Dragon Age still worked, though i had for some reason lost all of my saves. Now however i can't vew any current DLC, and i DID have the dragon armour and shale quest downloaded but they aren't showing up for me.

I have no idea whats happened i've tried logging in and out online and in the game but nothing is working.
