Tali - Revealing what she looks like as Shepard and her standing on her home world. Shepard reveals that he had a home built for her so they could live together. Next to the home is a memorial for her father and mother. Tali is in tears and can't thank Shepard enough for what he did. He says he would do anything for her and says that its so good to actually see her smile. After the revelation of the home the two can hold each other and embrace in a long and passionate kiss.
Jack - Jack and Shepard plan to travel the galaxy while Jack reveals that she is pregnant and revealing that she is unsure about having a child. Shepard calms her fears and tells her that this is an opportunity to let go of the past and move on by giving guidance and providing a better life for their child. She acknolewdges this and thanks Shepard for have patience with her and the two embrace each other as they look out at the stars wondering what the future holds for them.
Miranda - Miranda and Shepard continue working with the alliance and the council knowing where their talents are needed.As they look out at the stars they hold each other as Miranda starts kissing Shepard. They are interrupted by Joker revealing a that the council needs to talk to him. Miranda says to Shepard, "Duty calls but we can continues this later."
Liara - Shepard and Liara decide to live their lives away from the politics and the military. They start working on excavating dig sites. We hear someone calling out "daddy" and we see Shepard turn around to a small child running to him with him catching the child and hoisting her up. We see Liara come over and stands with her arms around Shepard as the planets sun begins to set.
Ashley - We see Shepard at a big gathering dressed up for a specials occasion surrounded by unfamiliar people. We see him turn as we catch a glimpse of Ashley for the first time in a stunning dress with her hair down. Shepard looks in awe and we see her come to him and the two begin to enjoy the night. We see scenes of them dancing and enjoying a lovely evening. The two step out on a balcony where she revels that she wants to leave the military life and begin helping colonist. Shepard then says that decision will make what he is about to do even easier. He gets down on his knee and holds out a ring. He ask her to marry him and she is in shock but says yes. He rises up and holds her as the passionately kiss. We see the people in the background applauding and cheering them on revealing that this was Ashley's family.
These are some of my ideas that I had and would lead to some conclusive but nicer endings.

Shep lives and we see him looking into space from the citadel or some other location and his love interest walks up behind him carrying the newborn baby.
